The Montien Riverside Hotel in Bangkok exceeded my expectations. The staff were gracious and compassionate, embodying Thai culture. The decor was exquisite, creating a grand ambiance throughout the hotel. The room was not only lovely, but also comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as complimentary water, juice, and snacks. The dining experience was excellent, with a buffet offering delicious cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the fine view of the Chao Phraya river from both the restaurant and my room. Special mention goes to the helpful and friendly concierge, George.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the spa facilities, spacious rooms with marble bathrooms and the big swimming pool made our stay unforgettable. the staff was polite and attentive to our needs. we particularly enjoyed the peaceful and natural garden area with great views over the river. The location was good, not in the city center but still close to a shopping mall and a convenience store. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of poolside snack bar service, which was almost non-existent. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking area had plenty of space, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Chao Phraya River transport system. the hotel is situated next to a shopping mall and a night market, providing endless entertainment options. The staff were polite, helpful, and made our honeymoon extra special.
